The Melograno is located on the first floor, with a private terrace with wrought-iron table and chairs, beach umbrella and barbecue. It enjoys a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a bathroom, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a living room where two single sofa beds are available.
The Melograno and Ciliegio apartments are located in a single unit and are opposite each other. Both apartments have two dependent entrances and can be booked individually or together.

Podere Casanova is not a hotel, we do not have a 24/24 reception service so in case you plan to arrive before or after the check-in time, please always advise us: by email, or by calling this number +39 333 2060650 – +39 0571 680331.
In case of check-in after 7:00 p.m. or before 4:00 p.m., we will send you an email with the code to allow you to enter to pick up the keys, which you will find in a safe deposit box next to the reception and which will also include instructions on how to easily reach the apartment you have booked.

Check-out time

We would kindly ask you to respect the check-out time, in order to make it possible for the guests who will stay at Podere Casanova after you, to arrive and find the apartment vacant and clean.
In case of delay a penalty of € 50.00 will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
- Low and mid-season: 3 days prior to arrival;
- High season: 7 days prior to arrival.
Please note that cancellations outside of the specified period will incur full charges. However, don’t worry, we’ll provide you with a travel voucher valid for one year.
